Atlantic Division Roundtable Discussion: ‘09-’10 Preview.

I was recently asked by Matt Reitz of ViewFromMySeats.com to contribute my thoughts on the ‘09-’10 New Jersey Devils in an Atlantic Division Preview roundtable discussion.
The bloggers representing the other teams in the division were Damian Romano from Pens Universe, the guys over at Clockwork Flyers, The Mouth from Ranger Crisis and my buddy Michael Schuerlein from Islesblogger.com. Yes, an Islanders fan and a Devils fan can, as it turns out, sit and enjoy a beer together without a fight breaking out (so far).
It is a must read for any Devils fan, for a good insight into what the fans/bloggers of the other teams within our division are thinking about their teams going into this season. There will also be previews for every other team/division in the league on ViewFromMySeats.com in the coming days. Worth checking out for a good idea of what to expect from the teams around the NHL as we gear up for the start of the ‘09-’10 season!

The bigger surprise is that a Devils,Rangers, and Flyers fan can sit together without a punch being thrown.
Personally I think the Islanders will finish ahead of the Flyers.

I like the way the Islanders team is shaping up, but I think they are still a year or two away from being a serious contender. If they could only find a franchise goalie…
